| As the capital economic circle,Jing-Jin-Ji(Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei)faces increasingly strict resource and environmental constraints. How to improve the ecological environment has become a focus issue in the region. The ecological resource flow behind the product trade between Jing-Jin-Ji can provide scientific support for this which can be characterized by ecological footprint.Ecological footprint refers to the geographical space that can continuously provide resources or dispose of waste, measured by the area of ecological productive land.Previous studies on the Jing-Jin-Ji region have focused on individual areas without considering the ecological dependencies between regions.Based on the inter-regional input-output table in2007,2010 and 2012,this paper analyzes the transfer of ecological footprint in the Jing-Jin-Ji and the the transfer of ecological footprint between Jing-Jin-Ji and other regions. At the same time, the structural decomposition method is used to analyze the driving factors of ecological footprint changes in different regions of Jing-Jin-Ji.The results show that: The ecological environment in the Jing-Jin-Ji is severe, with Hebei being more prominent, the per capita ecological footprint higher than the national average, and showing a growing trend;Within Jing-Jin-Ji,a large amount of ecological footprint has been transferred from Hebei to Beijing and Tianjin, which is mainly embodied in ecological resource-intensive products such as metal non-metallic mineral products and agricultural products; The ecological footprint is net transferred from other regions to Jing-Jin-Ji,which the ecological footprint outflow of Jing-Jin-Ji can be attributed to Hebei province, with Beijing and Tianjin showing some net inflow;During the research period, the intensity of land input restrained the growth of ecological footprint in Jing-Jin-Ji,and the influence of intermediate input structure factors varied from place to place. The overall expansion of final demand scale led to the increase of ecological footprint in Jing-Jin-Ji,of which the contribution of investment demand was the most obvious.Thus,Jing-Jin-Ji should further increase its dependence on ecological resources in other provinces;Hebei should especially reduce metal and agriculture product exports.Meanwhile,an ecological compensation system should beestablished to use the funds provided by Beijing and Tianjin to support the transformation of economic growth mode in Hebei. |
