Survival in Dayaoshan region Pan Yao preserves a simple meaningful traditional process– Cassava Liquor technology. That is named the "simple" because the entire process don't have too much modern and contemporary natural factors, and some details that need to quantify are solved mostly by the experience of brewers; that is named the "meaningful" because cassava wine as gifts and mutual aid between wine process construct the harmony in Pan Yao village under the view of Scientific Anthropology; wine toxicity create certain limited illusion for tremendous survival pressure drinkers. But whether harmonious or illusion is difficult to prevent the technology disappear under era background. Pan Yao village disagree with itself technology and impractical of protection & development modes will be the gap of retained technology. While compared with villagers calm face, scholars sigh are more approximately new words emotion. Traditional crafts like a cup of cassava wine, it can bring us fantasy pleasure but nothing short bitter aftertaste, so researchers only make himself into a more rational tasters to go savor.
