In recent years,with the quality and safety issues of furniture commonly concerned by the society, as well as the increasingly fierce trade competition in the international furniture market, the quality of furniture has become the hot topics in the whole industry as well as the social life.How to improve the overall quality of furniture products, establish and improve the furniture products inspection system is especially important.This paper has analyzed the current situation of furniture products inspection system in our country,found that the main problems in system,learned from the advanced experience of foreign countries, and put forward some feasible suggestion and countermeasures for furniture products inspection system.Since the fifties,furniture products inspection system in our country has become and developed from the blank to taking shape.Take Shenzhen furniture industry for example,this study has analyzed quality of furniture in our country as well as the impact of the resulting through a large of census data, and pointed out that the level of furniture quality in our furniture needs to be improved. Form five aspects:the furniture products inspection system's construction, the regulatory of furniture inspection, the law and standard of furniture, the inspection technology of furniture and quality inspection in furniture enterprise, the paper analyzed the current situation of furniture products inspection system carefully and summed up the main problems in system. Furniture products inspection system in developed countries is more mature. Complete legal and Integrity system of furniture,a wide range of standard system, higher levels of inspection technology,authority product quality certification, emphasis on the environmental and safety performance of furniture.By comparing the theory and practice of furniture inspection at home and abroad,the furniture products inspections ystem abroad provide much inspiration to enhance the level of furniture inspection in our country.On the basis of drawing lessons from afvanced experience aborad and ditect against the question in furniture products inspection system of our country, the paper has put forward five countermeasures:make the government's functions clearly, put into effect strictly the government's regulation of product quality, improve the laws,regulations and standards,improve the level of quality teams and strengthen the construction of instruments and equipment, pay attention to the third-party testing organizations of society and industry associations, indicators increase the inspection content and indicators of ergonomics, build the detection platform of inspection technology and information as well as some specific operational recommendations.The purpose of this paper is to put forward some useful ideas and practical ways for furniture products inspection system,making that become a scientific and efficient inspection system.
