With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing,the scale of China's furniture industry is expanding day by day.As an important branch of membrane press facing furniture,the annual output value has been nearly 100 billion.However,most of the factories are still in the semi-automatic production state of single machine processing in the processing center at the beginning of production.In addition,the efficiency and accuracy of the existing manual sorting method is low for the order sorting process after the processing center.And there is still a lack of effective order scheduling algorithm in the membrane pressing station after the sorting process,which leads to high cost.Therefore,the above key problems hinder the increase of profit in the furniture factory of membrane press facing.This paper studies on the above problems.(1)A set of automatic on-line system is designed to meet the requirement of improving the production capacity of machining center.The system includes automatic feeding,marking and back plate machining machine in series,parallel device of front plate multi machine.It is a "1 + 1 + 5" machine tool quantity ratio as a whole,and the original point coordinate transformation method of front plate machine tool is added.In order to improve the saturation degree of the production line of the machining center,the work order distribution method of the multi machine parallel device of the positive plate is studied,which makes the work order distribution more uniform and reasonable.The system reduces the cost input of site,labor and machine,and greatly improves the production capacity of the machining center.(2)In order to solve the problem of order sorting in the follow-up production line of machining center,an order sorting system based on LAN is designed.The system includes color light prompt module,code scanner module and the server.It realizes the function of single person and double person to sort a large number of parts accurately and quickly,and meets the system response time requirement of the factory under the maximum load of the code scanner.It replaces the manual sorting mode,avoids the burden of order sorting confusion on the factory production,and reduces the cost.(3)Aiming at the order scheduling of membrane pressure station after sorting,an improved greedy algorithm is proposed.Based on the priority as the basis of the order film pressing production scheduling,and combined with the color and area characteristics of the order to be film pressed,the iterative calculation is carried out,and the solution that not only meets the requirements of daily production capacity and delivery date,but also has low film investment is obtained.In the practical application process of the factory,the cost input of the film is reduced.(4)According to the requirement of order status control in production line,the software of production management system is designed,which can track the production progress,warehousing and delivery of each order station.Finally,in the same 8-hour working time,the automatic on-line system of the machining center has increased the daily peak energy of the factory with an annual output value of 10 million in Xingtai by 51.51%.The order sorting system has accurate processing results,and the response time under the maximum scanning load required by the factory is within 0.9s.The film pressing production scheduling algorithm has reduced the film input quantity of the factory by 2.07%.The production management system improve the production management level of the factory.
