The Research Of Modern Intelligent Furniture Products Design

With the arrival of intelligent era, human society is developing towards intelligentization, so do the modern furniture accompanied by the development of intelligent building and smart home.This paper discusses the necessity of intelligent furniture. Intelligent furniture is one kind of modern multifunctional furniture, and is also one of the development trends of modern multifunctional furniture. It is also an inevitable requirement for the transition from intelligent building to smart home. This paper classifies the intelligent furniture products, summarizes the ways and methods on how to make the intelligent furniture, as well as the basic principle of intelligent furniture product design. This paper defines the concept of intelligent furniture product family on the base of doing research on the concept of product family, builds an intelligent furniture product family from a functional perspective. The intelligent furniture product family serves the modular design and mass customized manufacturing, and it can form the basis for the realization of intelligent furniture system.Referring to the concept of product design system, this paper systematically studies the design of intelligent furniture products, in the anticipation that it will help realize the flexible pattern of residential indoor. This paper studies the macroscopic environment and the micro constitution of the intelligent furniture system, and conducts a comprehensive study on the influences from people. The micro constitution system is composed of three subsystems: entity system, network system and application system. The entity system adopts the method of combinational and intensive designs, the application system adopts the method of interaction design, at the same time pays more attention to the design of interactive interface, and the network system adopts the internet technology. Thus people can make the intelligent furniture system under control and operation through intelligent terminal.
