| The problem that two major production processes steel smelting and rolling processes are not synchronized in convergence and coordination needs to be resolved in continuous casting-continuous rolling production integration in our country. The study on Continuous Casting-Continuous Rolling Process Knowledge Network System contributes to analyzing process, improving process, optimizing process and the improvement of product quality.Based on the analysis of continuous casting-continuous rolling integrated production management status and development trend in current domestic and international environment, this paper starts with the features of iron and steel process, and with features of continuous casting-continuous rolling process, establishing a continuous casting-continuous rolling plan to distribute model, hot rolling plan optimal production planning model for secondary processing, steel making process time to plan model, etc. For the particularity of constraints and complexity of the problems in continuous casting-continuous rolling process, combined with genetic algorithm, genetic algorithm is given by the simulation code to solve the legend and specific results. It can make decisions on the interference in the production process in time and quickly, and optimize production planning and timely scheduling, support the integration of iron and steel production and management. It also solves a number of practical issues in continuous casting-continuous rolling process, enhancing adaptability of enterprises and market competitiveness.In this paper, Continuous Casting-Continuous Rolling Process Knowledge Network System is developed by using a kind of dynamic web development technique called JSP and B/S three-tier architecture model, the background by using SQL Server 2000 database and the MATLAB Web Server as a support. The system uses Matlab and JSP mixe-programming and database technology to solve mathematical models which embedded in and called by database technology.
