The Research Of Breakout Genetic Mechanism And Forecast Key Technology Of Mould In Slab Continuous Casting

The Continuous casting is a key step in metallurgical production, it converts molten steel into a certain thickness of the slab from the output of upstream processes and transforms to the downstream processes. The process has a direct relationship to the quality of the product. If the processes show some faults, the production process chain will be destroyed, and result in huge direct and indirect economic losses. In order to avoid major security incidents, improve product quality, improve the efficiency of metallurgical production, Continuous casting equipment need be monitored and diagnosed. My study is as follows:This paper analyzed the two main types of breakout:Sticking breakout and Longitudinal fissure breakout causes, genetic mechanism and preventive measures.The MDF was introduced to analyze breakout prediction. The MDF behaviors in normal status waveforms features and breakout status’s were analyzed, and then a conclusion was achieved:breakout may happen when MDF was rising greatly. Based on existing studies, we built a MDF prediction model based on gray neural networks theory, prediction accuracy was raised.The empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method was used to extract the fault characteristics, and the conclusion was got that resident of MDF have some messages of breakout omen. Based on above conclusion, two ways to identify the fault features were researched:The methods based on judgment rules and AR models.Based on the idea of heat and force associated online monitor, the breakout prediction system was designed based on multi-process parameters comprehensive decision-making. The structure of prediction system and the algorithm of subsystem were introduced in this part. Based on C#and database technology, breakout prediction analysis software was designed.Finally, the authority makes a summary of the completed studies and the prospects about future research.
