| Based on the reconstruction project of mine subsidiary hoist electrical control system in Liuqiao coal-electricity stock company of Hengyuan in Anhui province, a new mine subsidiary hoist computer control system about travel control and computer control technology are introduced. The advanced digital thyristor DC drives and computer control are adopted .The main content of the dissertation are as follows:1.Due to the different hoist objects, combined with the requirement of ? coal mine safety regulation ? to the electrical control system, the fundamental of the mode of the speed given and travel control are analyzed. The mathematical model of given speed with S-type curve in travel control and mathematical expressions between speed and travel versus time are derived containing acceleration and deceleration regulation.2. According to practical requirement, a control system containing hardware configuration and the interface circuits of relevant peripheral signals are designed. That are as follow: multifunction digital indicator, main control system, DC speed control system of complete digitization, and computer monitor and control system. The function about S-type datum speed curve formed automatically, speed datum set beforehand, speed protected and monitored are included.3. The system software according to the requirement of the objects hoisted is developed.The system can provide powerful technique guarantee for safe operation of mine hoist. It is shown from the results that the system is reliable and exact and can meet the requirements of site production completely. |
