There have been some problems associated with the control system in the mine hoist such as the ageing equipment and frequent accidents.In order to solve these problems,this paper introduces a transformation scheme for the control system in a mine hoist after combining the researches on the most advanced DC speed control system in and abroad.The program design includes three steps: selecting hardware,software design and refining.The specific contents are as follows.First,the paper provides the scheme for the DC control system in the mine hoist after contrasting the characteristics of AC and DC motor based on the actual situation and selected the DCS800 as the core transmission control platform.Secondly,the paper designs the PLC control system in the mine hoist including the hardware platform and its configuration.A dual programmable control system is used which has been divided into main control system and secondary monitoring system and the address table is also distributed.Besides,the software on the control system of mine hoist is also designed.Moreover,the control flow chart is designed and the programming on speed control and security is intensified written.At last,the safety of mine hoist is tested and debugged.The data test and the velocity diagram demonstrates that the DC control system designed in this paper is stable,reliable and the automatic degree is also significant improved.This will highly reduce the workload of the equipment operator and upgrade the safety environment as well.
