The task of the mine hoist is to achieve the contact between the mine floor and the mine.It is mainly responsible for the transportation of mine workers,materials and mechanical equipment.In the daily production of mines,mine hoists need to be continuously upgraded and decentralized.The safety and reliability of their work are directly related to the safety of miners and the safety of mine production.In the event of a breakdown,the suspension of production,machinery and equipment damage,heavy casualties,and adverse social impacts will occur.Therefore,the requirements for improving the reliability and safety of the electrical and electronic control system are more stringent,and the reliability and safety of the electrical and electronic control system are improved.It is also the focus of current research on the electrical and electronic control systems.This paper takes the upgrading and reconstruction of the electronic control system of Baidong Mine in Datong City,Shanxi Province as a typical case,and upgrades its entire electronic control system.Starting with the technical parameters of the mine and the elevator system,the composition of the elevator system and the role of each component are introduced.Then analyzed the scheme of the electric transmission,thus determined the entire electric control system transformation plan.By comparing the fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control algorithm and the traditional PID control algorithm in the intelligent control algorithm,the superiority of the control effect of the fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control algorithm is verified.The algorithm can be applied to the lift control.After a brief introduction of programmable controllers and high-voltage frequency converters,the S7-300 series PLC manufactured by Germany’s Siemens AG and the cross-converter produced by Shandong New Vision Co.,Ltd.were finally selected in terms of hardware.And in the software of STEP 7 programming software for the electronic control system part of the designer.Through the configuration software of the upper computer,the Wanwei touch screen is configured,and the operation condition of the hoist can be monitored in real time through the touch screen.Finally,the electronic control system was debugged on the test bench.Raising the level of development of electrical and electronic control systems has a direct impact on the production level of mines.PLC is used as the main control system,and AC frequency conversion technology is used as the upgrade of the electrical transmission scheme.The electrical and electronic control system is the trend of the development of electrical and electronic control systems in the future.
