Study On Economic Evaluation Of Ecological Environmental Impat In Sanchazi Forestry Bureau

Forests provide for mankind not only ecological values like raw materials needed for survival and production, but also great ecological benefits, for instance, maintaining water and modulating the climate. With the development of economy and the society, natural resources and ecological system, which is essential to the human survival and social development, have been badly destroyed and is in continual deterioration. Therefore, the protection for forestry ecological system is rather urgent.Presently, the study of service function and value of ecological system is receiving more and more attention. The study of service function and value has become a heating point in ecology. In order to advance the protection of environment and promote a harmonious development of both human and the society, scientific research staffs attach great importance to the study of the economical evaluation of ecological system. Though forestry ecological system is a unity of economical, ecological and social benefits, there is no direct and definite knowledge to the measurement and evaluation for the ecological benefit of it. This article mainly makes evaluation of forests'water maintaining, climate modulation, carbon solidation and oxygen releasing, environmental purification effects and so on, providing theoretical basis for practical work.With the development of our ecological environment influence evaluation, we are initiatively promoting the evaluation of environment on the evaluation of environment at the level of ecological economy and setting a higher requirement on its evaluation method. Nowadays, the method which the domestic and foreign regions have adopted lacks the relation between the environment and economy as well as the method in the decision which embodying the result of ecological evaluation. Lack of quantitative evaluation index system and evaluation method It has not considered a dynamic, complicated environmental influential factor in a systematic way. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a more comprehensive and manipulative method and model in order to solve these questions. The research on the ecological systematic service function is the basis of value evaluation. Value evaluation is the process of converting the ecological systematic service function into currencinism.The study is based on the Economy Evaluation Method from the systematic analysis of the influnce of ecological environment.Through a comparative study of the ecological service at home and broad in its founction and way of value estimate and with the Acdemic Value Estimate Method concerning ecology and economy, mainly choosing the Shadow Project Method,Chance Cost Method,Expense analysis Method,Market Value Method and Grey System Analysis Method,we made a analysis, prediction and evaluation the ecological environment's influnces on economy which was based ecological values of the natural forest ecosystem of Sanchazi Forest Bureau in Jilin Province, including water and soil conservation,clamatic regulation and atmospheric cleaning.First,we set up a service value estimate index system of the natural forest ecosystem and made a outdoor investigation and an analysis of the field data. Through the combination of those we initially made a measurement about the value of the natural forest ecosystem.Then with the prediction model we predicted the value of the 2009-2008 natural forest ecosystem of Sanchazi Forest Bureau. At last we worked out the economic interest from the natrual forest eecosystem.This article founds a scientific, comprehensive, practicable mathematic model with the method of evaluating the effects on ecological economical environment to make the relevant evaluation to the ecological benefits of natural forest. And it raises and analyses some questions in this kind of evaluations and provides available accordance, ideas and methods with which we can protect the environment better.
