Rationality Research Of Regional Natural Ecological System

The balance development of natural ecological system and socioeconomic system should be the direction of construction and development of regional natural ecological system, this paper is study of natural ecological system construction from the angle of ecological evaluation on the analysis of the human society, resource, environment and economy foundation. The ultimate objective is to maintain regional ecological economy balance in the development and utilization of natural resource for sustainable use.In this article, a survey of endangered resources situation of the world is done first then the regional natural ecosystem management method is discussed, especially for ecological safety evaluation and ecological system value evaluation which study the change of comprehensive evaluation. Meanwhile use these ecological methods to get the evaluation and dynamic analysis of Dalian ground-launched natural resources ecological safety state and natural ecosystem service value, and give the opinion and the rationality of the countermeasures in view of the analysis results.This article apply evaluation model of DPSR to construct the evaluation model of evaluation index system, and by adopting the comprehensive index method and combination assigning method, calculation for2005-2010respectively status is carried out.The results show that the comprehensive security status of nature resources is labeled "sensitive grade". The change of ecological security level is caused by the driving force value and pressure value. The main driving force indexes to maintain the natural resources of Dalian ecological security are population growth rate and per capita GDP. The main pressure indexes from human activities are regional development intensity and water resources development degree.Apply natural ecological system type unit value method to give an evaluation of the service function value evaluation of Dalian natural ecological system, the results show that in the years2002-2007, the whole service value of Dalian ground-launched natural ecological system has been on a declining trend. The decrease of the total service value is caused by the fall of farmland, wetland, desert ecosystem service values from2002to2005and all ecosystem services values from2005to2007. The main root reason for the fall of the services value is the continuous use of resources to meet the demand of construction land. This research also shows that economic growth is not too much at the cost of natural resources.For natural ecological system changes the comprehensive evaluation result, this study puts forward reasonable countermeasures of Dalian ecological system construction from the population, land and water resources utilization etc, and propose expectation about the ecological system construction at the end of the article.
