| Because of its huge volume and complex equipment,drilling platforms cause untrained professionals to cause injuries or equipment damage to drilling platforms.Therefore,the design of 3D oil well control simulation platform is carried out,so that workers can fully simulate the training on the computer before drilling the platform,which can effectively reduce the accident probability of drilling platform operation.With the development of virtual reality technology and multimedia technology,the performance of simulation system is also becoming stronger and stronger.The simulation environment is more realistic,and the cost and development cycle are gradually decreasing,and the training effect is increasing.At the same time,for the application of new technologies in drilling and well control operations,we need to develop corresponding simulation equipment as soon as possible,and train the staff to grasp the latest technology as soon as possible,and put forward higher and new requirements for the simulation design of drilling and well control system.In this article,the investigation on the related business of drilling control is carried out according to its features of OSG technology,analysis of drilling oil control system of business functions,and characteristics of the OSG 3D simulation technology based on the drilling oil control platform is divided into scene control,scene organization,scene update and scene display four large module.After the completion of the system design,the functional modules of the system are designed based on the concept of software engineering,so as to ensure that the 3D well drilling simulation platform designed by our project can meet the needs of users.And the VC++ technology and OSG technology are used to design the program related to the related business of oil drilling well control.At the same time,using the distributed management mode to realize the unified management of mass control simulation platform of 3D model data of three-dimensional oil drilling wells,in order to achieve the consistency of three-dimensional model of each client,convenient maintenance and management control simulation platform of three-dimensional oil drilling well,achieve the goal of the system design.The oil well drilling control system studied in this study can avoid the shortcomings of actual well control training,and satisfy the users’ simulation training for drilling control,so as to achieve the design requirements of the system.And it can be developed two times on the basis of this system to apply to other training tasks,so it has good applicability and expansibility. |
