Study On The Environmental Planning Of Xingcun Town In Wuyishan City

Scientifically and rationaly designing environmental plan for towns especially those with world heritage, which is the important content in this paper, in addition, it's of crucial significance for avoiding and reducing environmental pollution in towns especially those with world heritage and preventing world heritage lost and resources destroied, so that it can contribute to sustainable development among society, economy and environment.In this paper, firstly, based on the analysis of studies on world heritage prctection and environmental planning both at home and abroad, aiming at the characteristics of Xingcun Town with world heritage, basic theory on environmental planning for towns with world heritage was analyzed and the theory system of environmental planning for towns was consummated. Secndly, the content, scope, procedures and evaluation means on environmental status survey for towns with world heritag were proposed, modified close value method was used for environmental assessment of Xingcun Town to make clear the existent major problems. Thirdly, in view of the special function of Xingcun Town, the guiding ideology and basic principles of environmental planning of this town was brought forward, the strategic objectives of environmental protection, environmental function zoning and so on were determined. Finally, based on the special geographical location, natural features, function and environmental characteristics of Xingcun Town, environmental planning of this town was studied systemically, the maijor contents and means of special plans for water environment, atmospheric environment, acoustic environment, solid waste treatment and disposal, ecological environment, agricultural environment and so on were put forward, in addition, both the best project for the protection of ecological environment and dual world heritage and green project of pollution prevention were designed to ensure the objectives attainability. Environmental planning with pertinency and maneucerability for Xingcun Town, which is used to direct the development and construction of Xingcun Town, can make sure that the "dual World Heritage" is not bad and not lost.
