It's the ecological environment quality evaluation from the meteorological point of view,based on "3S" data and long-term basal observational data, Bailongjiang River Basin in Gansu Province as the research object, GIS as a technological means, Combining the characteristics of the study area environment, Constructed weather index system of regional ecological quality, Research data collection and processing, Then calculated the ecological quality of the meteorological index and evaluation of the same treatment. It uses a weighted additive method of calculating the total demand comprehensive evaluation index value. According to calculations, meteorological assessment of ecological quality is classified,then ecological quality status is analyzed. Finally, the conclusions and research results of "China's eco-environmental quality evaluation research" is comparative analyzed.
