Songhua River, originates from Tianchi of Changbai Mountain which is the junction of China and Korea,flow into the Northwest and converge with the Nen River at the Sancha River in the vicinity of Fuyu County, and fold to Songhua River, following together Heilong jiang in the vicinity of Tong jiang. The Length is 1,927 km, the basin area is about 550,000 square kilometers, crossing four provinces that in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces and Neimenggu. Tributary of the River are the Toudao jiang, Erdao Jiang, Huifa river, Yinma, Nen River ,Songhua River Hulan River, Mudanjiang look down the Hulan River,Mudan jiang and so on,which is the water for people's survival.Groundwater pollution in China is facing expanding and growing trending in pollution levels from point to plane, from shallow to deep, from cities to rural areas, groundwater pollution control is urgent. According to the causes of groundwater pollution, ground water pollution can be classified into industrial pollution, agricultural pollution, pollution sources and natural sources of life In the present water pollution prevention and control work,there are some policy and management issues such as aws and regulations are not sound,dministration responsibilities are not clearly, unreasonable pricing of groundwater resources, monitoring of network construction delays and lack of effective control technology, which makes the current groundwater pollution problem has not been effectively contained.The ground survey of the main city alongs the Songhua River in Harbin crossing 3-6km in the region, an area is 150km2. Jiangnan, the west is from Harbin Two Brick factory, the east is from Cement plant of Harbin, the south is from Zhujiang Road. Jiangbei, the west is from Ice and Snow World, the east is to early regeneration of sand pine North Village, the north is to the town Matsuura.Harbin urban groundwater monitoring points along the two sides laiding the Songhua River, Harbin section of the river upstream from the dual port side, the downstream end of the Ash River into the Songhua River mouth. North shore is 1,000 meters, the south is 1,500 metersof ,thelength ois25km, monitoring and control area are 62.5km2.We lay a total of three groundwater quality monitoring sites, five water level monitoring points . The total of benzene, nitrobenzene pollution isamples is 80 sets and we monitor groundwater six times.The research investigation is in accordance with the China Geological Survey, "Groundwater Pollution Investigation and Assessment Standards"(1:50000—1:250000), and we have taken photos.The survey focused on the investigation to sources, supplementary the investigation of hydrogeological point . Pollution source investigation principal investigat life outfall, garbage, and agricultural production in the use of pesticides and fertilizers and so on.Through this investigation and comprehensive analysis of previous data, the basic identification of dynamic characteristics of the study area ground water; groundwater quality and pollution; sources of distribution, location, size, quantity, geological, engineering geological conditions; The type of in landfill sites, waste composition and the impact on the surrounding environment conditions; improve the groundwater monitoring network of the study area. This survey research study has identified the organic pollution of groundwater, which made a basis for the future conduct of more comprehensive and more reasonable monitoring of groundwater ,and provided a preliminary basis for treatment for the restoration of groundwater pollution in the study area.The study through the data, analysis, calculation of groundwater quality to divide the Songhua River in Harbin section of the ground water quality and pollution to assess the situation into four regions and make analysis of pollution causes.In the study area ,there are most of the poor quality of ground water, the exceeding project is mainly nitrogen, total hardness, total dissolved solids, iron, and manganese. Iron and manganese exceeded mainly affected by the geological environment which is native; other items exceeded is mainly due to the long-term industrial pollution, agricultural pollution and pollution.As we make a assessemenr to the groundwater quality of the study area, we also make a assessment district to groundwater pollution, which is divided into four areas, seriously polluted groundwater distribut in the study area that the first machine factory in Harbin - Harbin fur factory area,the area is 3.4km2, the main pollutants are ammonia nitrogen, benzene, trichlorethylene, ammonia above the control value of 20.1 times, benzene above 262 times to the detection limit and TCE over 510 times; Groundwater heavily polluted area showed the distribution of patchy in most parts of the study area north of the Songhua River, spotty distribution of Harbin Veterinary Research Institute in the area, the area is 38km2, and the main pollutants are nitrite nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in which above control value 5-39 times , the ammonia nitrogenover control values 3-18.8 times; Groundwater contaminated areas are mainly distributed in Zhaolingongyuan - Harbin Institute of Physical Education - Provincial Youth Farm line to most parts of the Songhua River,and the Songhua River north some scattered,the area is 59.2km2; Light polluted groundwater are mainly distributed in Zhaolingongyuan - Harbin Institute of Physical Education - Province of young farm south of the lot line, the area is 49.4km2.We divide four groundwater pollution control district combinating groundwater quality ,groundwater pollution, land use and so on:, Important groundwater source protection areas which is distributed in water sources in the loose forward around the North, the area is with poor ground water pollution protection , poor water quality and seriously polluted; Remediation Protection District: The first machine factory in Harbin - Harbin fur factory area. There are poor performance in the area of groundwater pollution, poor water quality, serious pollution and more pollution sources; The priority areas: in the north of the Songhua River and the Ash River area, There are poor performance in the area of groundwater pollution, poor water quality, serious pollution and more pollution source; General Protection District: the area in the southern region. Groundwater in the area have good performance, poor quality of groundwater, slight pollution and less pollution sources. |
