After studying present and future testing system of mechanical quality, this paper puts forward a new testing system which is based on DAQ card and can offer a general computer auxiliary testing system for mechanical quantity.the main aim of the paper is to test and process data in mechanical quantity (Geometry quantity,Kinematics quantity and Mechanics quantity) by utilizing formidable Personal Computer data-handling capacity. The paper notes that the hardware of the testing system is made up of PC, PCL-818HG DAQ card, signal measuring circuit,PCLD-8115 wiring-terminal board and sensors , develops data-receiving and data-handling software based on PCL-818HG DAQ card interface program by using Visual C++6.0,shows the measuring results by form or chart.To confirm the validity of the system ,we have taken the ATV frame stress test as the example and carried on the debugging and the utilization to this system, then make the results of the system in comparison with the results analyzed by ANSYS . The result indicates that, the interface of the testing system testing succinctly is good, the measure result is accurate,reliable , and so on ,make the foundation of developing PC software for controlling.
