In the process of oil well mining,most of the well test wells are complicated and the crude oil has poor physical properties.In order to take all the test data,more advanced downhole dynamic testing technology and process are needed.Under this test process,the downhole flow pressure and shutoff pressure态moisture content data are tested by downhole storage method generally.As a result,this method cannot be real-time monitoring of the downhole pressure and temperature in the dynamic situation so that the development engineer cannot be completely accurate and timely to determine the downhole state.It is difficult to determine the switch well time and people cannot take timely measures to optimize the adjustment of test operations.In order to solve the above problems,this paper puts forward a new scheme of intelligent zonal test and production system based on the conventional test technology of oil well.The system has a total of three parts: the ground system,downhole wireless telemetry,downhole intelligent measurement and control tools.The function of the downhole intelligent measurement and control tool is to complete the downhole temperature,pressure,moisture content data acquisition and processing.When the geologists need downhole data or adjust the operation process,the downhole wireless telemetry can be sent to the predetermined depth(near the uppermost test oil test layer)through the annular space of tubing and casing,through wireless communication,downhole wireless telemetry control downhole intelligent measurement and control tools to achieve the layers of the switch well action and test data.Firstly,the temperature,pressure and moisture content data acquisition circuit are introduced in detail.Secondly,the theory of electromagnetic induction communication is studied.The modulation circuit based on AD9833 chip and the demodulation circuit based on XR2211 are designed.Finally,the temperature data acquisition,signal generator and data transmission were experimented.
