| Packer is the core component in separate injection technology. As the packer setting, in the action of setting force,the rubber and slip will bring the contact stress on the inner wall of the casing, the stress will make casing fatigue and damage of the metal and even cause accidents such as casing damage for a long time. Thus obtained under the action of the casing in the plastic tube or slips under the stress and the stress distribution, become a problems to be solved in the course of packer design.Aiming at the lack of effective experimental casing stress distribution test method and test equipment. This paper designed a set of packer setting when the stress and strain detection system, it can realize setting cases, casing stress and strain data measurement and 3 d cloud image retrieval, real time measurement of setting casing stress and strain in the process of stress change. This set of system for oil field study of interaction between the packer and sleeve provides the experimental basis, and provides the design of the packer with test data, can improve the development efficiency of packer, save a lot of field tests and production costsThis dissertation has finished the following work:1. Completed the overall design of packer contact stress testing system. Completed a two level measurement and control device structures of the hardware structure and the realization of the function of the various modules. Finished the development of control software by using LabVIEW platform, it mainly achieved collection of data, 3D display, storage and management, etc.2. Studied the casing inside and outside wall stress and strain corresponding laws, through ANSYS simulation, with the outer wall under the condition of stress and strain measurement data, get the lining stress and strain values can be calculated; Provide the basis for the design of the packer.3. Designed the setting pressure system, by using the hydraulic test pump setting force, accurate to obtain stress and strain data under different setting pressure through the sitting sealing force real-time measurement and feedback control.4. The test system debugging and the experiment was carried out, the different setting force rubber tube and the contact stress between slips and casing test data, and the data with the simulation results are compared, verified the system function. |
