| The scale and speed of economy growth can affect the environmental quality of the region; on the other hand, the environment problem can slower economy growth speed. Weifang is one of the 14 economic circle economic city, whose per capita GDP growth speed can reach 16.4%. The economy development is benefit from the policies for attracting business and investment in the coastal region, which can attract many projects with high energy consumption and high pollution. The economy growth is associated with the water environment change. The percentage increase of second industry and percentage decrease of the third industry can bring serious water pollution in coastal region. How the relationship between environment and economy can affect the sustainable development of Weifang? Through the mathematical model based on environmental kuznets curve, this paper analyses the relationship between the per capita GDP and total sewage discharge, industrial wastewater discharge and domestic water consumption. Significant correlation was found between the concentration of petroleum substances and chemical oxygen demand. The petroleum substances, which can not grow with the economy has an inverted U-shaped relation with per capita GDP. But the chemical oxygen demand, industrial wastewater discharge, domestic water consumption and the total sewage discharge increase with the economy. Analyzed by kuznets curve of coastal region environment and economy, the water environment and economy development of Weifang is in the"pollute time". From the macro level of economic and social development to enterprise clean production, the"Whole process control"and"end treatment"strategy should be combined to deal with pollution prevention and environment recover problems, so that we can reduce pollutant discharge, remove the harmful substance and we can take the ecological way targets renovation of wastewater. |
