Deploying new producing is 450×104t/a in structure1of some beach oilfield, three artificial end islands (No.1, No.2 and No.3), No.1 land bank end and one land platform(pilot test area) are set. To ensure the economic effective development of oilfield and insist on the combination of technology and economic, multiple scheme are comprehensively and optimally selected for surface construction is carried out.According to yield prediction, the main skeleton scale including oil-gas gathering and transferring, crude oil dehydration, crude oil stabilization, natural gas treatment,oily wastewater treatment,water injection is designed all based on productivity is 450×104t/a, the scale of water injection and wastewater treatment in oilfield is 8.5×104m3/d. To protect the environment and reduce pollution, oilfield water production is not considered to discharged and all reinjected. Taking the wastewater treatment setting place of the largest treatment scale as the main direction, the overall layout schemes of the artificial island (No.1–3), land-side offshore terminal oil and gas gathering and transportation direction, crude oil dehydration location and water supply means are compared each other. Besides, the overall layout of No.1 artificial island, sewage treatment for low-voltage to each of the islands, crude oil drainage in No.1 artificial island and land dehydration is optimized. The management of the program is not only relatively concentrated, simplified production flow at sea and save operating costs, but also safely explore the oilfield and benefit for oilfield to extend to offshore.Based on the recommended overall layout scheme, wellhead back pressure≤2.5MPa is the technical boundary. The optimal results: the undersea mixed pipelines diameter from No.2 artificial end island to No.1 isφ457×14.3; the undersea mixed pipelines diameter from No.3 artificial end island to No.1 isφ508×14.3; the diameter of oil pipelines from No.1artificial end island to No.1 land bank end isφ457×7.1. Through compared with each other, using the anti-corrosion pipe of the ordinary three-layer polyethylene anticorrosion coating as the oil pipeline is determined. The optimized scheme is advanced, safe and reliable. It cuts down oil gathering radius and uses the energy of wellhead pressure reasonably.
