When oilfields entered the stage of high water cut, composite water cut rise up year by year, the problem of the rate of flow of production stream big, lower operation efficiency and higher loss arise. To reduce energy loss, the operation optimization and project setting of oil gathering and transferring system is necessary. The oil gathering and transferring system on bei wu station of the third oil mining factory of the daqing oil field is studied in this paper, and the following six aspects are mainly involved: (1) when test the parameter of oil gathering and transferring system on bei wu station of the third oil mining factory of the daqing oil field,amend the temperature,resolve the problem that some piping no temperature hole.(2) The configuration and technological characteristics of arborescence dual tubing water gathering and transferring flow are analyzed, and the whole system is divided into a set of sub systems which include central oil and gas treating station, booster station, gathering network and so on, then energy balance analysis models are established, methods of efficiency calculation are also presented respectively.(3) Studied the method of use gray system forecast the base parameters of oil gathering and transferring system, and analyse affecting factor of oil gathering and transferring system quantitatively.(4) According to the research on heating mode, network pattern and pipeline number of arborescence dual tubing water gathering and transferring process, with the adoption of hydromechanics, engineering thermodynamics and other theories, methods of hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation of network system are concluded.(5) With the minimization of yearly total working cost as its objective function, and well head back pressure, pump outlet pressure, oil station temperature etc as its constraining conditions, a mathematical model of arborescence dual tubing water gathering and transferring flow operation parameter optimization is established. it is advised to solve it by use of sequential genetic algorithm.(6)By using VB language, a arborescence dual tubing water gathering and transferring system efficiency analysis and operation parameter optimization software is programmed. It can realize arborescence dual tubing water gathering and transferring system efficiency analysis, operation parameter optimization with the minimization of yearly total working cost as its objective function. The software is applied to the optimization of oil gathering and transferring system on Bei Wu station of the third oil mining factory of the daqing oil field.
