Study On Oil And Gas Gathering And Transferring System In KAM Oilfield

KAM oilfield is a Chinese oil field owned by Zhenhua oil company.It is located in Republic of Kazakhstan and consists of three blocks,N-konys,S-konys and Bektas respectively.With the late development of oilfield development,the difficulty of oilfield development and the high operation cost make it difficult to reduce production operation cost through optimization adjustment.The surface gathering and transportation process of KAM oilfield is improved from two aspects of oil gathering outside the station and the oil and gas treatment of the station.Standing outside the oil gathering process,the first is the process of oil in oil field,the oil gathering process using single well connected heating process,gas consumption,and is not conducive to post heating oil-water separation,through the study of the same type of domestic oilfield oil gathering technology,to find a suitable KAM oilfield single well oil gathering process,reduce the gas well the consumption of heating furnace and well reduced,reducing project investment.In the station layout,first on the wellhead back pressure and oil gathering radius to confirm,in a reasonable way station to station layout,from the global perspective,by contrast,suitable for their oil station.At the end of the pipe network for the whole oilfield gathering,dendritic cascade network,determine its advantage at the same time to analyze the problems of multiphase contrast calculation through the oil gas and oil and gas,found in the mixed transportation pipeline can take the transmission way back pressure is high,in order to reduce wellhead pressure,and increase oil production.Oil and gas processing station,KAM station using a pre process of dehydration and two stage dehydration concentrate,although the process is long,but is conducive to reducing the heating load of high water cut oil,but oil and gas poor separation,separation of oil and gas facilities should be set separately before a pre dehydration,further improve a dehydration of oil and gas separation effect.With the result of this research,the author puts forward some suggestions to the owner,which will improve production efficiency of KAM oilfield and reduce production operation cost through two aspects of oil gathering technology and oil and gas treatment of station yard,and better economic results can be obtained.
