In order to obtain a higher effect of Flex printing paperboard, the performance of Flexography paperboard was made. A comprehensive analysis of these studies has been made about the printed edition version of material, thickness, hardness, printing pressure, ink viscosity, PH value, the number of roller cable. At the same time, the Flex printing paperboard for analysis of performance has made about coating performance after the paperboard coated. The paper has focused on the content of the coating latex. Main results have been obtained as follows:The choices of Flex printing plate suitable material, thickness, plate-making methods should be based on the actual printing machinery and printing materials and dot gain compensation adjustment. Flex printing pressure should be light to prevent dot gain. When the water-based ink viscosity is a litter high, the transfer of ink will become relatively poor and the plate will become dirty easily. Ink will dry on the roller easily and it will plug the reference hole. Lower water-based ink viscosity, greater the dot gain. In addition it will result in color dim, density reduction, lower definition, ink transfer poorly. When printing a few lines printed mesh, the transfer roller should be chosen based on the plate lines. When the ratio is 1:4, it will be suitable.The smoothness, brightness and opacity increased greatly after the paper was coated, ink is reduced, gloss increased, but the surface strength and mechanical strength have decreased stiffness. Higher latex content, the higher the gloss ink, the better ink absorption, but the latex content is too high will lead to heavy black print, the level reduction, dot gain seriously, ink dry slowly, affecting the quality of printed matter and the produce. Therefore, the best content of latex should be find for the board flexible printing.
