Flexographic printing is a transfer using anilox ink printing. Anilox equipped with theproper, appropriate printing pressure, stable transmission and transfer ink, printing speedcontrol is to ensure access to quality print. However, because the number of lines is difficultto accurately anilox equipped with the flexible plate small elastic modulus, easily deformed,so that the printing process of changing the pressure, the ink transfer amount is not stable, soto obtain a high quality flexographic printing, there are still many shortcomings. The purposeof this paper is on the flexographic printing process critical process parameters studied, toachieve control of the flexographic printing process pressure and build the best digital modelflexographic printing pressure calculation. Relationship between stress and flexographic inktransfer rate through experiments and Origin software, best fitting function equation inktransfer printing pressure and relationships. And to establish the number of lines by ternaryregression equation flexographic,flexographic printing quality and anilox lines, printingpressure curve ink transfer rate, so as to achieve the purpose of quality control flexographic.Firstly, the paper discusses the flexographic printing process important processparameters, optional anilox were focused on. Secondly, this paper flexographic printingpressure and dot gain for the study of the relationship through the resistive plate cylinderpressure sensor is installed, complete the measurement of the pressure in the flexographicprinting process, establish a digital model of the largest research and flexographic printingpressure and, through the model to find the best printing pressure and dot gain curve. Then,the relationship between stress and flexographic ink transfer rate for the study to detect theamount of ink on the substrate by graphite furnace atomic method, experiments were done onnewsprint, white kraft paper, E corrugated and using Origin software experiment data analysis,curve fitting to get these three substrates flexographic printing pressure and maximumoptimum ink transfer rate, and get fit function equation. Finally, the paper studies the aniloxlines, printing pressure, ink transfer together three key process parameters affect the printquality, the establishment of appropriate printing quality detection model.Flexographic printing research and critical process parameters identified to improve thequality of flexographic printing products for the flexographic printing process parametersstudy provides a theoretical guidance, has important practical significance. |
