| With the development of green printing strategy, the flexographic printing is called "green printing" in Europe countries where the printing industry is relatively developed than other countries. Its market share has become the second largest after the lithographic offset printing. However, its traditional flexographic printing plate- making process is very complex, and the process requires extensive use of chemical solvents, such as developer. As a result, it causes serious environmental pollution. The liquid photo-curable resin is used as raw material, and 3D printing technology and UV curing technology are used to product flexographic. Under the irradiation of UV- LED, the plate can be once formed, without the use of chemical solvents, non-volatile solvents and other chemical substances, plate- making process avoid the pollution of environmental. Therefore, in order to obtain a good printability of flexographic, the study for liquid photo-curable resin is particularly important. The main contents of this paper are as following: from the working principle of the three-dimensional print equipment and the requirements of light curing materials, select the appropriate materials and appropriate methods to product the light curing materials, then study the performance of the materials from the injectionã€curability and mechanical properties. In addition, use the material to produce the flexographic plate, study the relationship bettwen the performance of flexographic and the material. The results show that when the proportion of mixed prepolymer is A: C : E = 0.4863: 0.2215: 0.2922 the comprehensive performance of the materials is best over all; when the ratio of reactive monomer mixture is EOEO EA: HDDA: TTA-21: AGENT-12 = 0.15: 0.23: 0.43: 0.19 the comprehensive performance of the materials is best over all; when the photoinitiator mixture ratio is 907: 201: 202 = 0.48: 0.32: 0.20 the curing speed of the materials is best over all; in this way to produce the 3D printing flexible plate, have the good mechanical properties. |
