Research On The Constructional Mechanism Of China's Diversified Participation On Ecological Civilization

The human civilization is in the transition from industrial boom to ecological conservation. based on the differences of the understanding of ecological conservation, the development of it shows diversity in the world. The primary cause dues to the administrating styles of the governments and the scarcity of the sense of populace and the lack of activities from the enterprises and populace. Therefore, the development of ecological construction needs the heterogeneous combination of them. we must use Marxism's natural ideology to direct the ecological construction and make unique Chinese ecological cultural ideology. The theory should be researched form the participation of heterogeneous subjects which refers law-making, law-administrating ,supervision, the conforming of ideology, etc.The thesis focus on the view-angle of the participation of diverse subjects, illustrates the importance of it. The whole thesis can be divided into 5 parts: The1st analyses the concepts referred and narrates the instruction and connotation, makes the correlated concepts and the boundaries of it; the 2nd part illustrates the causes of problems existed in current China; the 3rd part arises the instruction of absorbing from the advanced Occident countries; the 4th part constructs the specific Chinese system on diverse ecological cultural construction; the last part proposes governmental safeguarding measures: setting laws and regulations, adding new operation departments, educating publics, and building hot lines etc.The thesis based on the facts, method compared, experiences derived, practice guided, makes the whole and multi-angle demonstration, which has a new narration and prove to our Chinese human ecological civilization.
