| CNC-type grinding wheel machine modification is one of the special CNC machine tools.Grinding is the use of high-speed rotation of the wheel on the workpiece surface cutting method for processingMolding precision grinding wheel depends largely on the accuracy of modification.Molding is a high-precision grinding,high efficiency,low-cost method of surface finishing.Characterized by dressing grinding wheel and workpiece into the shape of contours coincide.Molding precision grinding wheel depends largely on the accuracy of modification.CNC wheel modification technology is to repair the wheel-shaped with a combination of numerical control technology,through the NC program modification of any bus grinding wheel,grinding wheel enables flexible modification to achieve good,high precision,high efficiency purposes.The purpose of this paper is to study and design any bus wheel drive two-dimensional modification table,to solve the complex parts of the forming surface of grinding wheel modification.In this paper,two-dimensional mechanical structure of the selected table,drawing on the widely used small table structure,with good dynamic characteristics of the static,stiffness,and load-bearing capacity,fully able to achieve the precision control of workpiece space location.To develop this high-performance,high-precision wheel repair any bus-shaped table,in a certain degree,have practical significance on engineering.The main works of this paper are as follow:Accord the actual usage requirements of grinding wheel forming,complete and check the design of Two-dimensional table mechanical structures,including ball screws,guide and support part's design and selection.To research on PMAC multi-axis motion controller,and develop the numerical control system human-machine interface applications.High-level language used for the preparation of VC++6.0,based on the dynamic link library to write applications Pmac.dll module. Application software has fused these modulars:the emery wheel bus to build mould,NC program generation and editor,correction route emulation and processing operation modular with modular design method.With Visual C++ and Dynamic link library(Pmac.dll),design the processing operation modular(including initializing,manual control,program editor,processing and position show function modular) in detail. |
