| Soya-bean milk,commonly known as the plants milk,which contain nutrients such as protein,fat and minerals,is common drinks to the public.In recent years,with the accelerating rhythm of life,the soybean milk commercial machines with grinding wheel soybean have advantages of high efficiency and low power consumption widely used in hotel,liquor stores,and the canteen.However,the soybean milk machines have some problems such as inadequate of grind and low degree of automation.In order to solve those problems,This study summarized the design and performance of others soybean milk machines and used the theory of TRIZ to improve the design of gring wheel machine.Finally,satisfactory results have been obtained.Mainly includes the following contents:(1)Aiming at the problem of soybean mill,This paper apply the TRIZ theory comprehensively analysed the existence three conflicts using the theory of contradiction.In the end,we determined the effects of prior action,physical and chemical changes and segmentation ect.According to practical situation,we decided to join a spiral grinding device,a improvement scheme of automatic control system and change the initial water temperature.(2)According to the comprehensive improvement plan,The overall structure of grinding wheel automatic soybean mill is determined.The structure includes the grinding part,the boiling part,the feeding part,the water inlet part and the slag bucket.Considering the structural stabiity,the motor layout plan is under.(3)According to the principle of physical chemistry change,the influence of temperature on pulping effect was studied by experiment.Soya-bean grinding particle size,pulp yield and crude protein were tested by different temperature.The results showed that the particle size was smallest and the pulp yield and protein content were both highest at 80 ℃.Therefore,preheat temperature were set to 80 ℃.(4)According to the prior acction obtained above,a taper grinding wheel added to the upper part of the grinding wheel,The whole structure was divided into three parts,the feed zone as the first part,the extrusion section as second part,including screw pitch and groove depth,the grinding section as the third part,movement of the soybean grinding coarse crushing.Then,other structural parameters was carried out.The pre-grinding device plays an important role in pre-grinding of soybean before it enters grinding wheel,which improves the grinding effect.(5)According to the principle of division and the law of dynamics,the single-chip microcomputer was added and 11 control modules were designed in the system.These modules can realize the soybean milk machine feed,water,pulping and boiled pulp full automatic operation.Through the monitoring of electric current and rotational speed of the motor,the function of protection function in motor overload is realized. |
