The tobacco baking is a very important link in the process of the production of tobacco. In order to obtaining high quality of the tobacco, required effective control the temperature and the humidity so well as to let them change defer to the three-phase-baking parameters chart.Based on the analysis of the three-phase-baking process of tobacco,constructed with FPGA as control core of tobacco baking automatic control system,using digital temperature and humidity sensors for temperature and humidity measurement.Cyclone II Series FPGA component EP2C8Q208C8 has been used in the implementation of system. At the same time, the configuration of the circuit, the drive circuits, the display circuits, voice prompts circuit and the circuits for measurement temperature and humidity has been designed. And each module's circuit diagrams has been given.the measure of temperature and humidity is an important part of the implementation of system design. The temperature sensor DS18B20 and the humidity sensor HS1101 's performance characteristics, working principle, deal with the order and design flow has been discussed. To solve the problem caused by large time-variation, big delay, and nonlinear in the measure and control the temperature and the humidity in the three-phase-baking process, a fuzzy controller has been design. The method for the controlling has been construction.In addition, for the convenience user use tobacco baking experience curve, made using the EEPROM treatment the baking experience curve parameters. And discussed through I C bus and EEPROM read and write operation to achieve the parameters' preservation and read. System's test result show that tobacco baking automatic control system has achieved the acutual requirement basically, has certain advancement.
