At present,the actual temperature or humidity of the constant temperature and humidity air conditioner in Guangzhou Cigarette Factory will fluctuate slightly around the set value,When there is a large disturbance of temperature and humidity in the area,the actual emperature or humidity will fluctuate up and down the set value,even diverge.At this time,the surface cooling valve and heating valve of each air-conditioning processor will overshoot,and the system will work alternately with heating and cooling,humidifying and dehumidifying,resulting in a waste of energy.However,there are still some defects in the existing control system,When there are multiple air handlers operating in the same area,Because of the uneven temperature and humidity in the region,there will be temperature and humidity deviation in the air return port of each air handler.When the deviation is serious,some air handlers will be warming or humidifying,others will be cooling or humidifying,resulting in the efficiency of the air handlers against each other,resulting in the waste of energy.In addition,when one of the surface cooling valve,heating valve and humidifying valve of the air processor fails to block the valve,the control system will only give an alarm,and the unit will operate as usual,so that the surface cooling valve,heating valve and humidifying valve will be opened at the same time,resulting in a waste of energy.The program of this design is optimized from the control of the original temperature and humidity center point to the control of the deviation range of the temperature and humidity setting value,That is,the newly added temperature setting value of±1℃ shifts upward or downward,and the humidity setting value of ±2.0%shifts upward or downward,which not only reduces the overshoot times of the surface cooling valve and the heating valve,but also reduces the consumption of frozen water and steam in a single air processor system.At that same time,the signal output by the intelligent air condition control module PLC to the surface cooling valve,the heat valve and the humidifying valve are input.
