In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the research on automatic tobacco curing technology.In the meantime,various types of intensive curing houses and the supporting automation system researched and developed have been extensively applied into tobacco production field.As a consequence,great economic benefits have been obtained.Some results have been achieved for automatic control system of this type of tobacco curing house at present.However,there are also many problems.The research of tobacco curing is a multidisciplinary engineering topic.Tobacco curing process is relatively complex.Therefore,higher requirements are put forward for the control system.It aims at improving the shortcomings in existing control system of tobacco curing house in the paper and conducting systematic and in-depth research,centering on more intelligent,labor-saving,reliable and more accurate curing system with improved curing mechanism.The main contents of research of the paper are as below:The main problems existing in present tobacco control system equipment is summarized based on extensively access to current development situation of domestic and foreign tobacco curing technology automation equipment.As the object of the study of the topic,the heat carrier ultra-dense tobacco curing house lacks sound control system.At present,there is no in-depth research from the point of view of control system for the great influences of three sections six step type scientific tobacco curing process and air velocity on tobacco curing.Aimed at the problems,automatic tobacco curing system is designed to realize scientific and comprehensive curing of tobacco.Firstly,the specific design requirements needed to be realized by automation system are put forward.Secondly,temperature and humidity acquisition module in single bus distributed temperature and humidity detection system is used to acquire the temperature and humidity of curing house in the design based on specific requirements.Host processor is used to control the action of the actuator in the overallprogram of automatic control system.Current sensor fault diagnosis research is conducted and fault diagnosis module is designed aiming at harsh tobacco curing environments which may cause fault of critical parts in control system.The sliding mode variable structure observer with strong robustness and easy to be realized in project is used to realize reconstruction of permanent magnet synchronous motor current sensor fault signal,to monitor the faults that the system current sensor may occur.It can determine the severity and the type of faults incurred based on fault reconfiguration signal.The type of field interference that may exist is researched aiming at severe interference on production site.Anti-interference measures are designed for automation system for different interference types,to provide safety guarantee for normal operation of the system.The automatic tobacco curing system designed in the topic has preliminarily realized the test targets of the project after curing test.The fault diagnosis module has verified the practicality and efficiency of the method proposed by simulation research verification,proving that the whole system designed is reasonable.The research work of the paper has relatively important reference value and significance for theory research of automatic tobacco curing system and application research of engineering technology.
