According to the temperature and humidity of tobacco baking room and temperature-control and humidity-control device (such as fan, stepping motor, exhaust fan and so on ) , the temperature and humidity control system for tobacco baking room, which uses fuzzy control based on MCU control system, can satisfy the process requirement of temperature and humidity change in tobacco baking, improve quality of flue-cured tobacco and reduce manpower. According to the requirement of Zhengzhou KEDI tobacco Technology Co.Ltd and the temperature and humidity nonlinear variation and coupling phenomena in tobacco baking, I designed the control system based on MCU and fuzzy control.Three points are focused on this paper. Firstly, the MCU control system, with keyboard input, LED display and temperature-humidity collecting, with the core of STC89C52RC is designed. What's more, pulse distributor of stepping motor with GAL, multi-temperature-humidity collecting circuit based on 1-Wire bus, the processing parameter memory circuit with I~2C bus interface device AT24C02 and so on are designed for this system, which has the function of signal collecting, data displaying, keyboard controlling, data computing, temperature-control device controlling, humidity-control device controlling and so on. The hardware design and software design are described in detail. And some practical hardware and software reliability measures of MCU system are introduced. Secondly, according to the temperature and humidity nonlinear variation and coupling phenomena in tobacco baking, I study the temperature and humidity characteristic of tobacco baking and requirement of three stage baking process, and design the fuzzy controller and fuzzy control polling list. At last, I design PCB and carry out experiments combining the hardware board and software. At the same time, I design the instrument case panel and assemble them together.The research work is closely connected to the practical application, during the research, I have got the general data and information, and all these gave me a lot of control experiences and PCB design experiences, which can be used by the design of other temperature and humidity control system.
