The middle-west area of Inner Mongolia is one of the key areas of ecological restoration projects, ecological restoration is a project which refers to natural ecological factors, social factors and human factors of economic development and subject to the constraintion. This article focuses on the relationship between climatic factors and ecological restoration space in The middle-west area of Inner Mongolia. The research makes cluster analysis according to the climatic factors of the 33 counties in Inner Mongolia using SPSS software.Three types was classified depending on climate factors. Select representative area (Zhuozixian,Yijinhuoluo Banner,Ejina Banner) as cases in different area. Then The Principal Conponent Analysis is used to analyse the dominant factor which influnces the ecological construction of local area.Through the analysis of ecological footprint and ecological carrying capacity, the ecological restoration space of the three cases is fixed;Through related analysis between ecological restoration space and climate factors and stepwise regression analysis, the regression model of ecological restoration space in three cases is fixed. The results show that it is a significant positive correlation between ecological restoration space and evaporation, the significant level p = 0.000,it is a negative correlation between ecological restoration space and rainfall, the significant level p = 0.000,and the regression equation is also established to significant request, the significant level p=0.000;combination of correlation analysis, the results show that the main climatic factors are evaporation, rainfall, extreme maximum temperature and average wind speed.
