A Study On Preventing The Risk Of The Technical Security

With the rapid development of science and technology, the demand of modern security technology prevention is growing ,and the risk which security technology to be prevented aslo increased significantly.At the same time, its relationship with each other is complicated, thus it gradually become a new issue in the field,which can not be ignored.The existence of security technology is based with its inherent risk response. Fundamentally speaking, this reflects that how the community and human to use technology to avoid risks, if the risk is avoid or the losses caused to the community and human is reduced to a certain extent and be able to bear, then the community and human will have a relatively safe position. As a result, the security technology itself implies a concept of risk prevention. This concept of risk prevention is in the level of philosophy, which contains objects related to the philosophy of interpretation.Look through the surface, risks rises from the phenomenon of the target. when the object changes with the development of events ,it will affect the human and community effects. As a result, the object of the changes means that we live in an uncertain world. Of course, some changes are beneficial to the development, but most of them are adverse. When a negative situation causes losses for us, it become a risk. However, the risks and opportunities are often co-exist, although avoiding the risk is an important aspect, but actively cope with risk is more important. Security technology to guard against the risk is proactive.The emergence of security technology of risk prevetion has many reasons, not only because of the risk have its own complexity, diversity, characteristics of the level and the stage, and in the process of security technology of risk prevetion have uncertainty, random changes and so on. Therefore, we should have a comprehensive understanding of security technology of risk prevetion and the reasons ,then adopt a scientific method, combine with the reality caused the risks and establish a scientific and rational risk evaluation index system, so as to minimize or avoid risks and reduce the loss it caused.The philosophy interpretations about risk and its related concept is a based and at the same time a core step for a comprehensive understanding about security technology of risk prevetion.
