| China is the origin of the unique resources——Jujube and it has about 3000 years in the history of cultivation o The cultivation area and yield respectively shares the 90%above;The plant area and yield continue to expand and upgrade with the returning farm to wood's policy and red date economy value of exaltation in recent years.It rich in:sugars,vitamin C,minerals and other active ingredients.Dates are medicine of the view that dates repairing medium benefit spirit medicine,such as effectiveness keeping blood to tranquilize the nerves.Jujube fruit and dried jujube is China's traditional food.Jujube-dry processing industry in China is the mainstream of international and domestic markets to see the red dates on products to mostly dry products.By comparison,fresh dates with more moisture,Vc content, good taste;dry date with less moisture,easy to save transport,but Vc in the drying process of destruction,in the lower.As industrialization and industrialization of the process,jujube future research and development resources,including:red pigment from the jujube peel and tincture of pigment paste,date polysaccharides from research,date of the preparation of spices,jujube central nuclear Glycosides acid research and development,the jujube of Rutin jujube fruit research and extraction of oil-extraction.This thesis carried on the following research:the main nourishment composition of Xinjiang Hetian jujube,polysaccharide of hot water extraction separation,purification,the antioxidant activities and the drink,and achieved the following results:1.The Hetian jujube(dried) imply the main content of chemical element:water 27%,total sugar 69.3%,total sour 0.42%,Vc7.78mg/100g.2.The con tent of Hetian jujube polysaccharide are 3.86%.The best technology for polysaccharide extracting is:extraction temperature 90℃,the rate of raw material to solvent 1:15,extraction time 5 h,extracted twice.3.The effect of Sevage method removal protein is poor,after repeated four times,it still contains about half of the total protein.But Sevage law play small role in the destruction of polysaccharide and polysaccharide arrived high retention rate,it's the better way for removal of protein. 4.The gas chromatography were done after the purification of polysaccharides: polysaccharide monomer components included the Arab sugar,rhamnose,ribose,fucose, xyiose,mannose,fructose,galactose and glucose.5.The antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Red Jujube was determined by radical scavenging methods and Lipin peroxidation methods.The result showed that the polysaccharide had satisfactory antioxidant activity;High potency polysaccharide solution suppressed Fat peroxidation and achieved 74.58%,and in certain scope,the suppression efficiency is being connected with polysaccharide density.6.The proportion of oral liquid polysaccharide(10ml) programme is:0.1g polysaccharide-jujube,honey 0.4ml,hawthorn juice 0.13ml.The oral liquid polysaccharide is dark yellow;tart modest,slightly honey fragrance. |
