| The ecosystem of Large-scale coal mining area composed of resources, environment, economy, society and other elements is a composite system, also is the main driving force of regional economic and social development. But a large exploitation of coal and use, will lead to ecological environmental damage and pollution, and increase the pressure on ecosystems. Resources and environment carrying capacity is the limiting factors of regional economy and social development. Research into environment carrying capacity has great significance for the maintenance of ecosystem balance in large-scale coal mining area and the sustainable development.This paper takes a in Henan Province for example, on the base of domestic and foreign research about resources and environment carrying capacity, using an integrated evaluation method as a tool, through analyzing the present situation of this coal mine and environment, sets up a standard comment system on Large-scale coal mining area, and judges the level of resources and environment carrying capacity. Aiming at the existing resources and environmental issues, this paper proposes some strategies to enhance the resources and environment capacity of coal mine. The main results of this study are:(1) On the basis of analyzing research resources on resources and environment carrying capacity at home and abroad, combining with resources and environmental characteristics of the coal mining, to propose using an integrated evaluation method to make an about resources and environment carrying capacity.(2) According to Ecology and system theory, taking large-scale coal mining as a study object, on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of resources and environment, to set up a standard comment system about resources and environment carrying capacity, also to identified the standardization of evaluation and assessment of indicators of expression scores.(3) According to standard comment system about resources and environment carrying capacity, make an evaluation toward a coal mine in Henan Province. The results shows that:â‘ The coal mining area's carry capacity of resources at a low load level (CCPS is 0.95, <1). And the mineral resource carry capacity at the low load level (CCPS is 0.78, <1); But the water resources and land resource's supporting capacity are in the excess load level (the two's CCPS are 1.11 and 1.03, both >1). The main reason is the coal mining has a large population, but relatively smaller amount of water land resources, plus unreasonable usage structure, water and land resources has become a major constraint on development in the mining area.â‘¡The coal mining area's environment carry capacity at the low load level (CCPS is 0.65, <1),which indicates that the regional environment has a strong anti-interference ability towards economic activities. However, a larger index of atmospheric pressure on the environment, mainly because that the emission of major pollutants like sulfur dioxide and others are intensive, but the environment carry capacity in coal mining area is smaller.â‘¢The coal mining area's resources and environment synthesis carry capacity at the low load level (CCPS is 0.81, <1), shows that the coal mining, resources and environment are in a state of low-load, but in the consideration of the sustainable development of coal mining, as the intensity of exploitation increasing and the development of regional economic expediting, the pressure on resources and the environment will gradually increase.â‘£According to the results of evaluation, aiming at the existing problems of resource and environmental in study area, to propose strategies that can enhance the response capacity for sustainable development: to adjust industrial structure, to change ways in water using, to carry out water-saving activities, to improve the efficiency of integrating usage of water; to intensive utilization of land resources to strengthen and adjust the structure of agricultural land; to adjust energy consumption structure, to actively develop the use of new energy and promote clean coal technology; to strengthen environmental governance; to strengthen ecological and environmental protection and restoration; to and develop recycling economy vigorously, and build circular economy industrial chain. |
