| With the rapid development of automobile industry in recent years the requirement which is low cost, high quality and short cycle of automobile stamping dies production is increasingly urgent for the automobile stamping dies company to meet the fierce market competition. The traditional production method of stamping dies can not meet the requirement of product development. With the improvement of computer technology, the digitized design and manufacturing technology are also widely applied in stamping dies production to accelerate the traditional production method of stamping dies. The method of no-drawing-manufacturing will be the trend of automobile stamping dies production.Based on analyzing the problems of traditional manufacturing process of panel dies and studying the current advanced design and manufacturing technology of panel dies, the author study hard a feasible method of no-drawing-manufacturing for panel dies, which make the best use of current advanced design and manufacturing technology. Then the implementation process of no-drawing-manufacturing for panel dies was summarized.To achieve no-drawing-manufacturing for panel dies, the information flow in production process should rapidly infiltrate all departments and production processes in company with a good information carrier and keeping the design and manufacture information accurate. Based on given production process of panel dies, the two information flows in production process, which are manufacturing-oriented information flow and management-oriented information flow was analyzed. The 3D dimensions, hole dimension and face processing attribute can used to transfer manufacturing information to subsequence process, and BOM list to transfer the material information for material management. The author provide the detailed method of 3D dimensions, hole dimension, setting face processing attribute and building BOM list automatically in this paper.On the basis of the researches and analysis, the functional tool and system of 3D dimensions, hole dimension, setting face processing attribute and building BOM list automatically have been built on the UG platform by the author, which provides the nicer measure of information transmission for no-drawing-manufacturing of panel dies, and ensure its successful production. |
