During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the textile industry will continue to comprehensively propel the integration of the Industrialization and Informatization.At present,Shandong Companion Group has acquired the digital automatic dyeing technology,the digital automatic dyeing equipment,and the centralized automation control system of the dyeing process,which accomplishes the industrialization and informatization of the cheese dyeing technology,initially realizes the integration of the Industrialization and Informatization of the textile industry,and brings about the retrospective of cheese information.However,the subsequent winding process,packaging process,and warehousing process have not yet achieved the identification sorting,information traceability,and intelligent query.Cheese information traceability system should cover the source of the information,which includes the cheese information identification and collection and the cheese information query function.The cheese information identification and collection provides the database with data.The cheese information query offers information query service to users.It is essential for the cheese information traceability system to master the above two functions.Based on the analysis of the cheese packaging process,logistic process,and warehousing process,this paper designs a cheese identification,traceability and intelligent query system according to the needs of enterprises.The main content of the paper includes,1.Since the cheese information recognition is the foundation of the information traceability,which is used to provide cheese information and determine the cheese clarification standard,this paper carries out a detailed research about the recognition methods related to the image processing technology and color sensor.2.Based on the detailed analysis of the cheese information traceability system,this paper proposes the information traceability method in view of the automatic identification technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the existing automatic identification technology.Secondly,through the comparative analysis,we draw the conclusion that RFID technology applied to information traceability has an unparalleled superiority.Lastly,this paper designs the cheese information traceability system in detail based on the process requirements.3.In order to reuse the digital tags in the logistics process,as well as to improve the degree of automation,this paper creatively designs and applies a cheese information carrier named marked cheese,which lowers the cost and enhances the efficiency.4.Following the fully introduction of the RFID technology,this paper carries out a selection of the RFID system based on the selection rules.Then we present the overall structure,hardware design and software implementation of the cheese information traceability system.5.After analyzing the construction principle and the structure of the marking database,this paper sets the database rules and designs a cheese packaging information database based on SQL Server according to the requirements from different groups and clients.With the rapid development of Internet of Things,RFID technology applied to cheese information identification and traceability has an unparalleled superiority,for such technology could collect all cheese information to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of the information and realize the tracking and backtracking of the cheese information in the logistics process.Besides,the recycle of the "marked cheese" reduces the cost greatly.The cheese information query database makes the efficient management and query of the cheese information possible.The traceability system improves the working efficiency of the cheese enterprises,lowers the management cost,and promotes the Informatization of the textile industry.
