The paper explores the effective way to prevent the heat exchanger from corrupt and scaling by physics and the chemistry aspects, through to the mechanism analysis of corrosiveness and scaling. And the paper aims at circulating water quality characteristic in the oil and gas disposal plant in Sanan, obtains from the heat exchanger and circulating water, finds out the circulating water system control method which prevent the heat exchanger from corrupt and scaling and makeFirst, the paper analyses the water quality characteristic and exchanger corrupt scaling at Sanan circulating water site in natural gas Company of Daqing oilfield, finds out the problems of equipment,medicament and management. The paper establishes the study direction by assistant anticorrosion and scale inhibition method primarily, such as choosing suitable circulating water anticorrosion and scale inhibition,on-line cleaning pre-membrane scheme of circulating water system.Second, The experimental research is carried out to test static scale-inhibiting properties and inhibitory performance of some single inhibitors, such as PBTCA,HPAA,HEDPA and AMPP under different temperature and inhibitor concentration, also HEDPA and AMPP are voted in as the best.At Sanan circulating water site, the dynamic research is carried out to test dynamic anti- filthy rate and inhibitory performance of composite by HEDPA and AMPP primarily. The research indicates that the anticorrosion and scale inhibition effect of TS-218 and HL-2 composite reach the excellent requirements described in"cold water analysis and test methods"of SINOPEC. But the compatibility of TS-218 and fungicide is stronger than HL-2.The research which to circulating water system moving indicates that the anticorrosion and scale inhibition effect quality is not only decided the medicament quality, but also with exchanger's corrupt treatment, circulating water concentration multiple control, heat exchanger leakage pollution and so on concerns. Only the measures are taken based on the circulating water system change, the optimization anticorrosion and scale inhibitor effect can be obtained.
