With the acceleration of the global economic integration, the field that involved in the logistics standardizations work was more and more extensive, the role is also growing. At the same time, there are many problems about logistics standardizations construction, especially security issues, a lot of standards issued not in time or after issued not successfully promote and lose the purpose of the construction of the standards.At present, China is in a period of rapid economic growth, per capita GDP is between 1000 to 2,000 US dollars occupational accidents and casualties in the volatile situation incremental stages, in 2006 China's production safety accidents killed 112,822 people, and a very important reason is that China the emphasis on safety standards inadequate. In order to improve the safety of logistics standards and promotion, the paper elaborated the role of the safety theory, in the logistics standards construction, from the preparation of logistic standards.First, the paper introduced the theory of logistics standards and standardization, our country standards. Analysis the constituent elements of the standard, the basis for the preparation of standards and principles of logistics were described, focus on the method for the elements preparation of standards, and through the description of the logistics security doctrine, the logistics safety and logistics safety factors theory were defined, the safety factor will be the logistics cargo logistics safety factors, personal safety factor logistics and logistics information safety factors.Second, analysis all aspects of the logistics' safety factors, and publications as an example, the publication of the logistics process analysis on the preparation of logistics standards should take into account the safety factors, method should be taken into account of the safety factor in the logistics standards.Finally, the standard "Logistics center operations general specification" (Draft) was analysised of safety factors, the changes to standards was proposed , the safety of the standard before and after was analysised comparatively ,the safety factors in the standard was clear in the preparation of importance.
