| In recent years,the domestic CNC machine tool industry has fully realized the importance of product quality and reliability for the long-term development of the enterprise.In theoretical research,the researches on reliability analysis of CNC machine tool and key parts has made great achievements,but the theory and method of site logistics quality and reliability control for CNC machine tools are rarely studied.As one of the core parts of enterprise supply chain,logistics is directly related to the operation and development of enterprises.Production logistics(site logistics)is the most important part of enterprise logistics system,which directly determines the production efficiency,logistics efficiency and product quality.However,the domestic enterprises pay little attention to the production logistics,few enterprises regard production logistics as an independent system to focus on its quality and reliability,especially in CNC industry.So,it is necessary to conduct a systematic and in-depth study on the reliability of site logistics.Specific contents in this paper are as follows:(1)The reliability of site logistics system in CNC workshop is defined;the 5M1 E method of quality management is used to analyze the factors that affect the reliability of logistics system in manufacturing workshop;the reliability evaluation framework and reliability calculation method of workshop site logistics system are established.(2)According to the division of CNC workshop site logistics system,take transportation,handling and storage as top event of sub-fault tree,analyzing the failure mode and causes,then build fault tree.The fault trees are qualitatively analyzed to obtain the minimum cut set of three sub fault trees;the probability of occurrence of top events and importance ranking of bottom events are obtained by quantitative calculation of fault trees.Finally,the weakness that affect the reliability of the system is identified.(3)Analyze the logistics situation of QC machine tool manufacturing company and finding out where the problem lies.At the same time,put forward the corresponding solutions and suggestions based on reliability analysis results,aiming at 6s and workshop layout management. |
