| Marine Environmental Impact Post Assessment is a newly established and developed system in our country, which is not only practical necessory but also requires new theories. Although a rapid progress has been made in this field recently, it is still under to be addressed development—there are many theoretical and practical issues. This article compares the theory and partices of Marine Environmental Impact Post Assessment, underting the states of the research in the fileds of marine environmental assessement revaluation, and marine engineer, environmental impact post assessment limitation is important for solving problems with proper measures.The Beiti Dyke, Wenzhou, a part of the Wenzhou Peninsula Engineering, is the first large marine operater, is the first performs the Marine Environmental Impact Post Assessment in our country. Therefore, it was taken as the research target as an example to discuss the theoratial and practical method in this regard..The second part of this paper presents the procedures of basic data collection, the in situ investigation etc. The third part focuses on the biological environment, fish resource, seawater quality and other data for comparison and analysis. In the last part, according to the above analysis and discussion, summariy and proposal are given. |
