The use of dual-beam laser designated slot can achieve the productivity improvement 100%and energy conservation 30%. This paper mainly elaborated the Motion Control System ofLaser lane designated slot machine two-dimensional worktable. In this paper, the attention is puton the introduction the principle and implementation of the system. We introduce the design ofthe hardware and the corresponding software of the stepping motor, and we also introduce theimplementation of serial communication of senior computer and junior computer. The systemdesign includes hardware and software design. Hardware design is at the core MCU controldevice to control all devices work. The procedure is based on the core functions of thefunctioning of electrical, production and distribution of the pulse-driven motor running. Theintegral design of a set of control system is designed. The system is composed of personalcomputer and single-chip microcomputer,which realizes communication with the Visual Basicserial communication control sand RS-232 bus. The personal computer sends out the controlcommands and shows the real-time velocity graph,and the single-chip microcomputer controlsthespeedanddirectionoftwosteppermotorsthroughserialcommunication.SCM AT89S52 as microprocessors used to control the stepping motor rotation, in order toachieve precision lead screw drive rotary movement will change the linear reciprocatingmovement worktable, That is, by changing the motor speed drive workstations to simulatedifferent contourcurve. Withtheobject ofsteppingcontrol platform,basedonthecontrol theoryof location speed, by using the single-chip processor, special control chip sand together withprogramming, the accurate point control and roating /reversing of stepping motor at middle andhigh speed is realized in this article, which overcomes the phenomenon of losing step orblocking normally happened due to high speed. PC can control, operational flexibility,convenience.Drivingcanbeavarietyoftypes of steppermotor,andenhancetheapplicabilityofthis system. The system is stable, low noise, smooth operation and high positioning accuracy,and the use of good feedback. The experimental results show the acticability and reliability ofthesystem.
