Current methods in the field of synthetic materials mainly on the use of a combination of different chemical raw materials by chemical synthesis output structure of different materials,high-throughput nano-materials synthesis method is to use a combination of chemical material synthesis approach to the synthesis of nanomaterials by large experimental batch of material to form a high-throughput synthesis.First,select several synthetic material,then the material synthesized according to the synthetic method of initial test set,the following analysis of the experimental direction of the test results,after setting the direction of the next set of experiments,successively synthesized and keep close to target material.In order to meet the high-throughput automated synthesis materials,this paper designs and implements a high-throughput nano-materials synthesis based on SCM intelligent control system,the master chip selection based on Cortex-M3 core STM32F103ZET6.Secondly,it introduces the system hardware design.System hardware design is modular mechanism,independent of each other module in order to maintain and upgrade the system.The main contents include the main control module,temperature measurement and control module,the stirring speed detection control module,a Cartesian coordinate manipulator module,serial communication module.Proposed software design scheme of the system.Because the main chip architecture determines its mandate serial,while the task of the system when a task more problems will affect the operation of the remaining tasks leading to the collapse of the entire system.For reliability considerations of the system based on ?C/OS to design their applications.Because?C/OS architecture to parallel processing tasks,the collapse of a single task and do not implicate the entire system.Introduced the respective tasks of the program,co-operation between the various tasks.Finally,by means of this method of synthesis CaCO3 preliminary test runs,substantially achieve the expected goals.
