With the development of industry and agriculture and the growing population, sewage quantity raced up, untreated sewage was discharged directly into the river is common, caused to fall of the environmental bearing capacity of our surface water. The problem of water pollution is becoming a key factor restricting the development of economy and affecting people's health. Therefore, we need to explore a cost-effective method to improve the water quality.The research uses biostimulation to bioremediate the water quality, by adding Bio-energizer which can promote the growth of aborigine's microorganism, associate with hydraulic agitation, strengthening capacity of the microbial degradation to the objective of purifying water quality. Bio-energizer (abbreviation BE) set a number of cutting-edge biotechnology and ecological principles. It is the forefront of biotechnology. It is rich in a large number of essential nutrients such as microelements, vitamin, hormone and organic acid, cytokinin, enzyme and so on. It is on the safe side, innocuity, easy to use and manage. On the basis of dynamical laboratory tests under different conditions with adding BE, the study aimed to analyze the effect on river water purifying, exploring changing rules and choosing the best match. It is able to play a certain guiding role in river control. It offers data and theory supports to the project. Also it offers technical reference to optimize process.Research shows that it can stimulate the physiological activity of microorganisms with sediment, adding BE and controlling velocity of flow. It also can promote the succession of sewage body to fine ecosystem. The water body with sediment is better than without it. It provides a good environment, sufficient biological resources and rich nutrient. The velocity of flow is the most important controlling factor for phosphorus degration by examining the effect on the restoration of velocity and BE dosage. The best match is BE0ml/m3 + the flow rate0.064m/s + sediment. After bioremediation the turbidity fell to 2.5 NTU and pH can be stabilized between 7.8 ~ 8.2; Controlling dosage of BE is the key to remove nitrogen. The best match is BE5ml/m3 + the flow rate0m/s + sediment. After bioremediation the turbidity fell to 0.5 NTU and pH can be stabilized between 7.2 ~ 8.0. Biostimulation make full use of the microorganisms. It strengthens the rule of degradation. It is clean. It doesn't destroy the original ecosystem. It has a broader outlook of being applied to the river bioremediation.
