"Black-odor" is a phenomenon of extreme water pollution, which greatly worsened the water environment.In order to explore black-odor water sediment in situ repair technology,This study based on a river in Suzhou Dongshan town.In a high 100cm, transparent perspex column of diameter 30cm were added 70cm black-odor and 70cm black-odor water sediment body as simulation.,Different concentrations of oxidants, oxidants combined with different concentrations of bio-energizer, oxidant combined with submerged plants, oxidants combined with bio-energizer and submerged plants 4 different treatment group.Each group is repeated four times in six weeks.Collected sediment samples and overlying water asmples every 7 days.Each measured removal rate of organic matter, the redox potential and C,N,P of the surfacesediments,the TN,TDN,TP,TDP of the overlying water.For explore the best use concentration of oxidant and bio-energizer,and study the best solution for repairing black stinking mud, and provide technical and theoretical support for black and black water treatment.The results are as follows:(1) When the oxidizing agent was used alone, the dosage of 45.3 g N/m3 was the best, and the digestibility of all sediment was 6.17%. The contents of carbon, nitrogen , phosphorus,TP, TDP were 5.32%, 7.33%, 29.95%, 82.03%and 45.2% lower than the blank control group, and the oxidation and reduction potential of the sediment increased by 57.65mV.(2) oxidizer combined with bio-energizer can better repair black smelly mud, when the bio-energizer injection volume of 5mL/m3 the most cost-effective and the best effect. The digestibility of all organic matter was 7.11%.The contents of carbon, nitrogen,phosphorus,TP, TDP were 9.39%,10.55%, 10.30%, 14.19% and 11.22%, lower than the oxidizing agent group.The oxidation reduction potential of the sediment was 14.62% higher than that of the oxidant group alone.(3) The use of 45.3 gN/m3 oxidants combined with submerged plant to repair black smelly sediments was better than the use of oxidants alone. At the end of the experiment, the oxidizing agent combined with submerged plant had 7.44%.The contents of carbon, nitrogen,phosphorus,TP, TDP werel0.61%?30.74%? 15.59%? 16.75%? 15.87%? 38.38%? 9.38% lower than the oxidizing agent group.The oxidation reduction potential of the sediment was 11.46%higher than that of the oxidant group alone.(4) 45.3 gN/m3 oxidant combined with 5mL/m3 bio-energizer and submerged plant had the best effect on the repair of black stinking mud, and the digestibility of all organic matter was 8.01%, C, N, P and oxidation and reduction potentials were 17.15%, 41.31%, 25.15% and 11.85% higher than those of oxidants and biosensor groups;Which was 16.17%, 9.41%, 17.76%and 15.03% higher than that of the oxidants and submerged plant;TN content decreased by 17.66% and 14.15%, respectively, compared with those of oxidants and bio-energizer, oxidants and submerged plant, respectively;TDN decreased by 22.77%, 16.33%;TP decreased by 68.11%, 14.85%;TDP decreased by 50.21%, 42.93%.The above results show that 5.3 gN/m3 oxidant combined with 5mL/m3 bio-energizer and submerged plant can be a good repair black smelly mud can better repair black smelly mud and its overlying water, can be used as the city black and black river One of the methods of repair.
