Electronic dobby-rapier weaving machine is a basic type of weaving machine, its control system is consisted by two parts, the one is for rapair controlling, the other is for electronic dobby controlling. Control system based on sμCh kind strμCture means high complexity, low stability and more paying for machine maintain. To solve these problems, the author applications embedded teconology to control system, combines the two parts to be an integrated embedded control system. This system usesμC/OS-II and FSM as the software strμCture. The main work includes:1. Analyze the current research progress of the development of weaving machine in domestic and abord. CondμCt analysis on teconology feature and the present situation of control system of electronic dobby-rapier weaving machine.2. Analyze the work principle of electronic dobby-rapier weaving machine, illustrate the feature of component of machine and the main fuction of control system. Develop the strμCture of control system of machine.3. Discuss principles of embedded system hardware design, Compare kinds of popular embedded processer and choose LPC2214 as the kenerl chip of control system. Design hardware platform based on LPC2214 which includes several circuit modules, sμCh as power circuit, memory circuit, RS232 circuit, SD card interface and so on.4. Analyze the function and feature of Real Time Operation SystemμC/OS-II, explain the main reasons to applicationμC/OS-II. Propose a hiberarchy software resolution based onμC/OS-II.5. Analyze running mechanism ofμC/OS-II and hardware, design hardware driver for each circuit part, sμCh as I~2C driver, SD card driver, I/O Exboard driver and UART driver.6. Analyze function of each task and plan the working flow, including task for communicating LCD, task for statisticing data, task for scanning I/O, task for managing file, task for inspecting power. Specially study on the principal of hiberarchy FSM, design the task for controlling weaving process based on hiberarchy FSM.
