| With the high-speed development of social economy, the tempo of the city becomes more and more quickly, the population and scope of it expend rapidly, and the output of municipal solid waste (MSW) in our country increases sharply. How to solve the MSW has become one of important problems which everybody and our government are concerned about. On the other hand, with the theory of circular economy and continuable development brings out, people pay more attentions to the disposal of the MSW which is available as resourse. As a result, the research on condign disposal of MSW is very significative for the recycle when the MSW has been disposed harmlessly.Firstly, the paper has researched on the development and application of MSW dispoal, analyzed the differences of technology of MSWdisposal between our country and fremdness.Based on the content above, the paper summarized the affects on choosing method for the disposal of MSW.Secondly, the paper has been given a direction by the text on the MSW facilities planning of Fujian. The principle of"harmless","reduce"and"recycle"is the fundamental for the paper. With the policy of our country and Fujian, the paper has established the affecting factors for MSWdispoal method choice and the standard for evaluation by the actuality of every cities or towns. There are four factors which are the economy of the city, the characters of the MSW, the capability of the dispoal method, the demand of environment for the evaluation. The paper adopted the fuzzy mathematical decision method to find a fitting method for the MSWdisposal of Fujian.Lastly, the paper has been summarized and some advices are given to conquer the failings in it.The choice of the MSWdisposal method is one of the parts of the MSW facilities planning. More waste can be reduced if the planning is appropriate. The paper gives a reference to the decision-making about the construction of the MSW disposal item. |
