Studies On Wenzhou Urban Waste Disposal Facilities Planning

On the basis of the study, prediction of the produce and composition of MSW, keytechnology and Waste disposal facilities distribution principles, this paper makesprediction of the produce and composition of MSW and takes the existing wastedisposal facilities in Wenzhou City into accounts, aim to solute the waster besieged Cityproblem.The study and research are all based on the socio-economic conditions and wasterproduction statistics selected over years. By all manners, this paper try to proposedsolution to the selection of location of MSW transfer stations and disposalfield.Meanwhile, with the Combination of knowledge of urban planning, sanitationplanning, environmental protection and planning related, it propose Planning andManagement Strategies on waste disposal facility in Wenzhou. The conclusions are asfollows:①Based on my work experience and relative theory, it is urban population,income, consumer spending levels, living habits and so on that affect the urban MSWproduction. Taking the available data and materials into accounts, this paper takeaverage yield projection as the main prediction method. And the result showed thaturban MSW would reach3287tons per day and1.2million in2020in Wenzhou.②Analysis of existing waste disposal facilities in Wenzhou City was made in thispaper. Based on the principles of selection of location of waste disposal facility and theresult of composition and production of waster, this paper manger to make the finalresult of Wenzhou landfill distribution more optimized and finds it is many factors thatlead to the difficulties of the location planning of waste disposal facility.Whichincludes the lack of law and the insufficient attention to the prevention of land set aside. One another factor is the planning should change with the changes of socio-economicconditions.③Principle of location selection disposal facilities is proposed, by improving allaspects of waste disposal facilities process, forming an integrated waste disposalfacilities planning, making improvement gradually, fully considering the future of theland set aside. Which will make the formation of a continuous improvement systemdeveloped city kidneys possible. And then focusing on waste disposal facilities andavoiding secondary pollution. Municipal planning, public administration and planningand implementation of safeguard are three main measures for find solutions to wasteproblem and provide management Strategy.
